Sports is very important as it benefits cannot be overemphasized. The organization intends to build young and vibrant sports men and women with passion and zeal. However, the success of every state comes when its citizens strive to contribute to the growth and development of the state. The reasons why I decided to focus on reviving sports are because sports are very pertinent and it also contributes immensely to the mental and physical health of individuals. Organized sports and exercise provides an important social context for tackling feelings of social isolation and depression, a factor in poor mental health.
