Preparations are complete for the second phase of the 2023 Beach Volleyball Star Tour/Tour set to take place in Jalingo, Taraba State.
The Nigeria Volleyball Federation has announced that over 35 teams will compete on the sandy courts from October 28th to November 5th at the Jolly Nyame Stadium.

Hasso elaborated that the tour would serve as a preparatory platform for the National U21 players gearing up for the World Beach Volleyball Championship in Thailand next November.
He stated, “The Beach Tour will kick off on Saturday (today), and I am pleased to announce the participation of over 35 teams in the second phase. Considering the FIVB calendar, which includes international championships, this tour will be invaluable for our players preparing for the World Championship in Thailand.”
Hasso commended the Taraba State Government under the leadership of Dr. Agbu Kefas for their support in hosting the beach tour, asserting that Taraba State is emerging as a hub for beach volleyball, thanks to Governor Agbu Kefas’s commitment to developing volleyball and other sports in the state.
