Nollywood Producer and Actor among 9 Kidnappers killed by the Nigeria Police in Lagos state.
In a recent incident, nine suspected kidnappers were killed by the police during a shootout in the Ladipo area of Lagos. Among the deceased was a Port Harcourt-based up-and-coming actor and a Nollywood producer named Prince Henry Odemwingie.
The police reported that they had been tracking the gang for weeks and intercepted them based on credible intelligence about their plan to kidnap high-profile individuals. The police recovered multiple firearms and other equipment from the suspects.
