Taraba State is gearing up to host European Football Scouts during the inaugural edition of the Dr. Kefas Agbu Peace and Unity Cup 2023. Ambassador Joseph Joshua, the Commissioner of Youth & Sports for Taraba State, made this announcement to journalists on Monday in Abuja.
Joshua disclosed that 15 teams from each geopolitical zone of the state would partake in the tournament. He emphasized the wealth of talent present in Taraba, underscoring the need for nurturing these talents. He expressed his belief that initiatives like this tournament would provide a platform for players with inherent skills to thrive.
