The Netherlands hopped out to a lead in the seventh minute, but Harry Kane’s penalty canceled out the Dutch advantage before 20 minutes had gone by. Both teams were positive in attack throughout the first half and things looked headed for extra time until the substitute Watkins scored on a tremendous solo effort as the clock struck 90.
